This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the ForReelsies Terms of Service between you and Message Universe LLC. It says what you may not upload to ForReelsies or make with it. It applies to series, commercials, share links, the API and the MCP server.
Consent comes first
You may upload only conversations you took part in, where everyone in them is 18 or older and has given you permission to turn them into a story and video. You must confirm this on the consent screen, sign it with your typed name, and confirm consent for each person we detect. If someone withdraws permission, stop sharing the affected videos and delete them.
Never allowed
Child safety. Any sexual content involving a minor, real or generated, and any content that sexualizes, grooms or endangers children. Every upload is hash-matched against known child sexual abuse material. A match freezes the account and series and is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as US law requires.
Intimate and sexual content. Nudity in uploads, and intimate or sexual imagery of any real person, including AI-generated or "nudified" imagery. Our classifiers remove this content automatically and it is never sent to a model.
Minors as characters. Photos that likely show a minor cannot be used as character references, and conversations involving anyone under 18 may not be uploaded.
Likeness without consent. Videos that depict, imitate or impersonate a real person without their consent, deceptive deepfakes, or content that puts words in a real person's mouth to mislead others.
Harassment and hate. Content meant to harass, bully, humiliate, threaten or embarrass anyone; content that promotes violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
Private information. Doxxing: addresses, phone numbers, identity documents, financial details or other private information about anyone. We redact phone numbers, emails and notification banners automatically, but you are responsible for what you upload.
Illegal and dangerous content. Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, illegal weapons, drugs or other illegal activity.
Other people's work. Material you don't have the rights to, such as copyrighted footage, music or artwork. See our DMCA policy.
Commercials
- Make only truthful claims. Ratings, user counts, quotes and other figures must be real and supplied in your brief; the Executive Editor flags any claim the brief does not support.
- Do not imitate another company's brand, product or people, or suggest an endorsement that does not exist.
- Do not advertise products or services that are illegal or that the target ad platform prohibits.
- Follow each ad platform's rules, including disclosure of AI-generated or altered content. App Store preview videos must use real app footage only.
- Your app's real screens are composited, never generated; do not ask the Services to fabricate an interface that misrepresents your product.
Platform integrity
Do not try to get around safety filters, consent steps, rate limits or spend controls; do not scrape, reverse engineer or overload the Services; do not use the API or MCP server to do anything this policy forbids; and do not share account access or API keys outside your organization.
Enforcement
We may remove content, disable share links, withhold renders, refuse prompts, suspend or close accounts, and report to authorities. Reports involving a minor go to our restricted child-safety procedure, never the normal queue. We act on removal requests for nonconsensual intimate images within 48 hours.
