These SMS Terms apply to the ForReelsies text messaging program operated by Message Universe LLC. They are part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number in your ForReelsies account settings and checking a box that reads:
I agree to receive text messages from ForReelsies (Message Universe LLC) about my account and renders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
The box is never pre-checked, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
What we send
- Account security: sign-in and verification codes.
- Render notifications: when an episode, teaser or commercial has finished rendering or needs your attention.
- Account alerts: low token balance, failed payments and important changes to your plan.
We do not send marketing text messages unless you separately opt in to them.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your activity; typically no more than a few messages per week.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To start again, reply START or re-enable texts in your account settings.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email [email protected].
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
